Dean Property LLC is a creative developer of 1 to 4 unit townhouses. Established in 2003, we have completed several gut renovations in neighborhoods throughout Brooklyn.

Daniel is an architect who was born in Charleston and grew up in Minneapolis. He received an MBA at NYU's Stern School and went on to a career in corporate real estate.

Mindy lives in brownstone Brooklyn. She has guided authors towards publishing success, including a Pulitzer, and has been consulting on townhouse projects for about a decade.
